You can watch the kite surfers on the sea doing their acrobatics (see picture) from the balcony, while sipping a cool tropical drink in the constant breeze, or just simply join them!



The flat is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen including cooker, fridge, cable TV. There are four ceiling fans.



The beach starts at the end of the 30-yard back garden.



The flat, one of only six in the block, has a secluded large tropical front garden with a swimming pool, as well as a flower garden in the back overlooking the ocean.

The apartment is situated just 1.5 miles west of the centre of Cabarete, and 20 minutes from Puerto Plata airport.
